If a tenant receives an NSF (non-sufficient funds) payment, their portal access will be suspended for 3 months and all future payments must be made at our office using certified funds only (cash, cashier’s check or money order). A second NSF will result in permanent removal of portal access, and all payments must continue to be made in certified funds at our office for the remainder of the tenancy.
